Designation :- Chartered Accountant-GST Compliance Specialist
Qualification:-
€¢ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
€¢ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in GST, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
€¢ Sound knowledge of GST portal operations and Excel-based working
Experience :- 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:-
€¢ Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual GST returns accurately and on time.
€¢ Independently handle GST refund applications including:
o Inverted duty structure refunds
o Refunds under Rule 89(4), 89(4A), and 89(4B)
€¢ Perform monthly GST reconciliations (books vs. GSTR-2A/2B) and ensure timely rectification of mismatches.
€¢ Maintain compliance with IMS (Integrated Management Systems) standards in financial reporting and documentation.
€¢ Respond to notices and queries from the GST Department, and represent the company during audits and assessments.
€¢ Keep abreast of latest GST notifications, circulars, and legal updates relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.
€¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth input tax credit flow and tax mapping.
€¢ Support internal and statutory audits related to GST.
Key Skills & Competencies:-
€¢ Thorough knowledge of GST laws and return processes
€¢ Experience in GST refund mechanisms including inverted structure
€¢ Strong command over IMS compliance requirements
€¢ Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, SAP, or any major ERP
€¢ Excellent analytical and communication skills
€¢ High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
