Qualification:- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Or PG In Any Field.
Salary:- As Per Interview.
1)Understand current processes, products, standards and form policies accordingly.
2)Understand customer needs and requirements to set effective quality control parameters.
3)Research and establish quality assurance procedures and methodologies across
the company.
4)Train and supervise production team, QC team, and other staff on quality
standards and processes
5)Monitor QC at various stages such as Inward, Inline, Outward, Outward Returns,
etc of all product categories across the business.
6)Ensure the manufacturing and trading processes comply with pre-set standards.
7)Review quality specifications and technical design documents for better
performance, update the documents periodically.
8)Plan, lead & conduct internal quality audit, product audit, process audit
9)Prepare, control and update quality documentation for recognized standard
(BSCI/SEDEX/ISO etc.).
10)Conduct quarterly reviews of all activities and compile a quarterly report including
recommendations for quality improvements and any other business reports.
